Short Videos On The Split Step Timing For Doubles, Singles Tactics and The Service Toss











We worked on the split step again today, as its purpose here is to give you body control and balance when you volley. You have to make a quick "hop-stop" on the balls of your feet, where said feet are slightly open. Now with your racquet in the volley ready position,in front of your body, with the Continental grip. You then let you feet and racquet head move you in the direction which you think the volley contact point will be ... 1st video
